Unable to place Naples II Corps

There's a problem when placing the II Naples Corps.

French controlled I've tried placing the II Corps on Naples and the '4' area (633) up by Ancona. 1st time I tried to place on Naples I thought I'd forgotten to purchase in the eco phase by accident but second time same thing happened.

I get a message "Corps cannot move or be placed in this area" or something similiar and the counter dissapears. ie not on the map and not in the Naples counter mix.

It's weird and Naples is about to get some very expensive infantry.

I got the same message.. but i ve moved the Corps I away and could bring into play corps II

Yeh I got it to work eventually as well but it's buggy and should'nt be.
