Units loose quality

Post by boogada »

When will a nations units loose quality? This happened to me recently but the nations moral is still excellent and I'm not out of supplies. Now I have a bunch of B und C units to attack level 4 trenches.

Single corps also drop a quality level when you have replaced either *2 or *3 their maximum strength point factor.

Yes. Go back to last strategy phase for the nation in question and look on the national status screen for the exhaustion bar. But that should not be the case yet for you because morale drops 20 for each suffered exhaustion level.

Yes exhaust level is 1. Yet the moral is over 90 still.

Then check the victory screen and click on the morale. Go back to last turn - you should have gained some morale to compensate for the 20 morale loss ?

Besides quality only really matters when being bombarded with artillery as readiness is easier lost. There is only a minor penalty in combat.

Oh did I mention that I just got to level "4" artillery [8D]

I am already loosing almost all my combats. I can't take any penalty.

Probably. Look under "morale lost from political event". If there is a "-number" it actually is an increase.

Units of "loose quality" need stern reprimands by their officers and chaplains and letters from their mothers.

In the future, try "lose".
