Leagues missing

I have created a test league and another league and loaded some teams, my problem all leagues do not show up, only the test league. I try and scroll through the leagues but only the test league is there, even the leagues that came with the game are gone. When I look at the files, all of the teams and leagues are there but not inside the game. Any ideas?

Everything is in the correct folder then?
