BUG: Losses during siege

This is from an experimental game with Austria, Prussia, and Russia as human players. All are allied. Russia has corps on loan to Prussia, and Prussia is assaulting Paris (along with some Austrian corps).

During the siege battle a number of losses were inflicted on the PR/RU side. I took those losses from one Russian corps, leaving it with zero factors left. However the corps did not disappear from the map. I can now not exit the Prussian land combat phase as it is asking me to transfer factors to this corps or remove it from the map before I can continue, and neither of those options can be done during a combat phase.

The corps should have automatically been removed when it got taken down to zero factors during combat but perhaps this didn't happen either (a) because it was a siege battle, or (b) because it was a corps on loan.
