DOW on neutrals

I really miss a notification at the conclusion of the strategy phase which tells you which neutrals has just been declared war on by your enemy ?

If there are no political repercussions towards other neutrals you will have to look careful each turn on not only the victory screen but also on the map to note whether new minors have entered the war.

An example. CP is going for Moltke's dream scenario and taking out Russia first. The Entente can declare war on Luxembourg which CP has to be very careful each turn to look after.

Another example. CP have steamrolled the Balkans and are currently engaged on another front. The Entente can declare war on Albania and invade and advance inland without CP knowing anything about it.
