looking to take over old game as Japanese

Have quite a bit of experience playing WitP. Lots of time versus the AI for about 3 yrs plus three PBEMs along the way. Lots of experience modding for my own personal use.

Tired of all the work in starting up a game as Japanese. Would like to find a game that someone has not abandoned b/c there butts were being kicked but just for lack of time or personal reasons or something. Preferably mid-42 range, maybe a little later or earlier.

House rules can be discussed. Version of game is not an issue - I have CHS, Big B, and RHS and have played all three at least vs AI. Kind of partial to Big B air system in the latest version (1.4 I think?) but do not particularly care either way. Stock is even an option.
