Random research

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

Random research

Not sure exactly what it does, rules state it adds randomised tech, can i have an example of what it does, ie:do you just get a level?

It is my understanding that random research gives you a chance to achieve 1%, 8% or 15% of your research goal for a given technology. Naturally the chance for the better results is lower.
