yes sir.
 
and i actually do not recommend playing with this mode, hence i named it "Terror Mode". Its only for the "paranoid" pbem player.

I have two computers with massive desktop issues, may need to rebuild..
how does terror affect those who play at work or like myself with their backup?

Terror mode will refuse to let you open a pbem savefile on a different PC, or after re-installing.
