Trade calculations for GB, minors

I sifted through the threads to look for this bug, but I didn't find anything that exactly matches this. The issue I'm noticing, playing as GB, is that trade during the Eco phase is not being calculated accurately.

I control all the minors in Africa, except Egypt, there are still many neutral minors with ports and I am trading with Russia, Austria and Spain. What I notice is that my trade values come in at $19, but are about half what they should be.

I also notice that minor free states are not getting trade money from GB. I have managed to conquer Holland and jave just set it up as a free state, but when I check its available cash for its first eco turn, its only $14. It should be $18; it should have its $7 printed value doubled and $4 through trade in Amsterdam.

I've heard talk of a 1.01 patch coming out and that trading bugs should be getting addressed, so here's hoping [:)]
