It is possible to add Swedish & Holland factors to core located in Abo (Finland)
during the December reinforcement phase.

Abo, Finland is a French supply source that contains a depot. Also, an EiANW deviation does not force minor countries to trace a supply line (of their controlling major power) back to a supply source in their minor country in order to add reinforcements.
