Issued because one location changed. It only affects fuel and supplies - there is no industry - but it should be listed correctly - so it is. The new location is 864 Port Hayden [Alaska] - which curiously is the theater command HQ location.

Economic utilities are in three denominations:

standard for CVO and BBO family scenarios

EOS for EOS and EEO

AIO for AIO and CAIO
