London Occupied but British trading

With London occupied by an unbeseiged enemy unit, British trade is still occuring. NO nation should get any British trade if London is occupied.

Can you post a game to me right before the eco phase where this could be reproduced? I don't think I'll be able to get this into 1.01 but I will sure get it fixed for the next patch.
