Time question?

I set the time at what seconds/minutes but when ever a popup, pops up it auto's back to one second is there anyway to stop this?

Sorry if this has been asked, couldn't find it in search. Owned the game for awhile but just started playing it.[:)]

Uncheck the little check box at the right of the pop-up which says "1:1".

You can also limit the number of times the Staff Message window/popup appears by trying the following:

Go to the main Settings Menu and then select "Game Preferences". From this window you can select to modify the number of ways the game engine shows you the Staff Message Window. See screenshot below and I hope this helps you out a little. The pic shows my preferences and helps me avoiding a constant stream of "contact change" reports.
