RHS Revised Standard Ship Art Package (Plan)

Alvaro writes that he is completing a review of the standard ship art packages for RHS (Japanese and Allied) -
and he thinks they will get the "green light" tomorrow. We have been working with a collection of non-standard art -
and with two standard art collections which were not quite complete. Part of the problem was stability - but now RHS has not changed ship classes in some time - and finally the art package has been completely reviewed. When this package is released, I will update it to the primary distribution list. When Mifune regains an operational machine, it will post to the RHS site.

FYI RHS ship art is common to all levels and to all scenarios. That is, only one RHS ship art package exists (broken into two parts for ease of uploading - Axis and Allies). Not all the art is used by any given scenario, but everything is in the package that is required, whatever scenario is called. The same is true for Allied plane art. Only RHS Japanese Plane art is broken into different versions: standard (for CVO and BBO families) and EOS (for EOS family). Anyway - various collections of ship art have been less than perfect in one way or another - and we hope now to have corrected all such issues. This art will be incorporated in the installer/switcher utility when it is formally released - as well as what we hope are stable forms of the pwhex files and scenario files. A beta form of the installer/switcher is available for comments (see the thread for the link to it if you wish to test/evaluate/comment).
