Game Hangs during diplomacy phase

The game hangs during the Austrian diplomacy phase.
Load these files (French dp phase) & click end phase

Hi there,

my game freezes in the diplomacy phase too.

Not sure if this is the same issue.
I can send screenshot or save.

Single player France (all other nations played by AI Hard)

Combat land phase 1807 August
France (user) defeats Berlin's garrison and create his own one.
No other actions

Diplomacy phase 1807 September
France selects, end current phase straight away, No other actions

The pop up windows shows the AI playing other nations Diplomacy.

The game will freeze when the text says
Spain Placing Builds...

This probably falls into the same category. There were several reports of a diplomacy freeze and all the games I have seen so far fall into the same root cause.
