Very few can be found for free on the internet. One good site has quite a complete list, but they charge for downloading the files and their lists only go down to battalion level.

What counties and types of units are you interested in?

I'm mostly interested in US Army, Soviet and Taliban now.
As for units...
Generally unit types that can be useful for making realistic CCMT engagements.
Especially I'm interested in what is an infantry-vehicle ratio in modern armies, how tanks cooperate with infantry, etc.
