Fatal error: 818

I recently had to have my PC restored to its original state. I re-installed WITP 1.21 from disc and downloaded version 1.806 and installed. When I click on Play from the loader screen after the program starts loading it abends and I get a message that reads "Fatal error: 818".
I am running Winows XP Media Edition. Any help on how to fix the error?

I made several attempts at down loading and installing. If I started the program in version 1.21 it loaded and ran but when I installed 1.806 and I tried to run it I would get the error.

You must install 1.804 Comprehensive first, then 1.806 Revised.
