Japs after bombarding Kendari from the sea and air finally landed in the place... the second invasion of Makassar has been delayed by our PT boats and today SS Truant sunk one of the enemy transports SE of Makassar scoring for hits on the ship [;)]

We also bombed Amboina today destroying one Mavis on the ground and damaging the AF a bit. Also N of the target a ship has been spotted identified as a Jap CV[&:] moving W towards Celebes.
In the Java region some air traffic took place and we lost one plane with no losses on the Jap side. We also mined Merak. [;)]
More to the North in Malaya Dixie attacked Georgetown and Johore Bahru still without success but the bases won't hold on much longer.
