How can i obtain my serial number again? i made a format on my computer and in the members section of matrix games, on MY GAMES it doesn´t appear Empires in arms, i only see War in the pacific, the other matrix game i have...

The serial number is contained in the serialreg.txt file in your Empires in Arms folder.
