Ottoman Empire

As Spain I built the Ottoman Emire, but after conquering another part of the OE, I was unable to add it. Is this a konwn bug?

I hope this will be considered for change in a future patch, not only for the Ottoman Empire but also the other kingdoms. As it is, there is a disincentive to create kingdoms before one has all the possible components. The incentive should be to create it as soon as the rules allow, in the hope of adding to it.
