I understand what it means when there's noroom in a city, but what exactly does "move blocked" mean?

This could happen if you're in a rural area with an enemy force and you're trying to move.
Tell me some specifics and maybe I can let you know what's going on...

I have seen this Marshall.  It will happen when you fight a field combat, win, and then try to move into a city to set up a siege.  However, I have also seen it when the city is completely empty, and you try and move in a garrison or Corps.

At least that is when I saw it.

Ahh, OK. Did any of the units forage and use unused MPs?
If anyone has a saved game, I would love to see this.

What Suovorov said - I had just won a field battle, and the garrison in the city only had 1 factor in it. I didn't forage because I had a depot set up on a fleet of Heavies off shore. I'll send you the save tonight or tomorrow - what's your email address?

I can't cross the Channel as France in winter with no forces across the sea from me and no fleet blocking the Channel. Move should cost 4 and I have 4 (1 clear + 1 arrow = 2 doubled = 4) [&:]

I've tested this several times as well.  After a field combat, regardless of whether besieging corps foraged with/withou using excess movement, or in normal supply, I have been unable to enter the city to lay siege to garrisoned factors.  I get the move blocked error.  I've asked my group to see if they can also recreate this, but I have not once been able to besiege an enemy city after winning in the open field.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there really a bug here?

Did anybody use the "auto forage" button? That will cause this every time when you have both a field combat and a garrison, IF the forage value of the land space is suffient to feed the troops with movement, for ONE of the attacking corps.

Auto-forage forages everything that can safely forage, using all their movement points.
At LAST! The greatest campaign board game of all time is finally available for the PC. Can my old heart stand the strain?
