Strat movement still not right in 1.2

When I cancel strat moves by British units in France the French are not getting the strat movment refunded.

Yeah, there still some issue of the brits/austrian not rail moving ether... Pretty anoying when you move 4 corps and one HQ to a hex by rail move and only the HQ gets there to be overrun next impulse :(
