This is a draft league starting with 1947 players. My standard rules apply (no finances, early draft entry ON, etc). KG is taking the Dodgers, but, as always, the balance of power is as yet unknown. There are a number of high-potential players, and who knows who could enter the draft in the next few years.

As is well-known, my focus is on pitching, defense, contact ability and speed, but with the vagaries of the draft, I could elect to pick the best available athlete in a given round.

The Dodgers picked 12th, and here's my first ten choices:
