Revised Manual?

A guy on an NG is saying there's a revised manual available for d/l in the Members area. I looked at every possible GoA download and only saw 1.20 and IronX. Am I missing something?

It's there, but only available for registered owners. Look under Registered Downloads or My Games and then Private Downloads.
