Pitching change sequence error

I just ran into this one: I'm playing my team against the computer. It's late in the game with the score tied. In their half inning the computer manager pinch hits for the pitcher, but doesn't score.

At the end of that half inning, I come up to bat. The first hitter due for me is my pitcher. I decide to pinch hit for him. The only thing is I can't decide who I want the PH to be because on the mound for the computer's team is still the name of the guy who pinch hit for him last half inning.

I know the computer is going to bring in a reliever before the first pitch. But in real life, the team at bat sees who the new pitcher is on the mound before sending up a pinch hitter.

I think the game needs to be modified to alter the sequence of the pitching change so that the computer will be forced to commit to who the relief pitcher is and getting him displayed on the mound before the team at bat has to decide who the pinch hitter should be to lead off the inning. Make sense?
