Battle Files

Two questions:

1)If you are in a battle that requires the exchange of battle files, how do you load the battle file that has been sent to you?? Step by step instructions please, with pictures if possible.

2) If they accidentally sent their land combat phase also, and you accidentally loaded it before fighting the battle, how do you recover?

Ok I figured out #1, with some poking around, but what about #2? Is the game irretreivable?

Well what worked for me was putting the battle file in the "battle" folder, and clciking on the highlighted area after I loaded my opponents land movement phase.
