I bought this game yesterday but the download timed out. I'm so bummed. Guess I need some help.

Hang in there, I needed some practice with the downloads.
But I feel the game is well worth it.
Playable, realistic, but not overwhelming so.
Definately do the 1.21 Beta patch.
Good luck.

Yes, I'm very much looking forward to playing the game. I wanted a decent WW1 game for many years. I was thrilled to find this one. I wish the Matrix people would get back to me. I need is another attempt to download the product. They have my money and I have nada.

I'm positive you'll get the game. Matrix are a great company when it comes to sustomer support.

Eric got me on the right track and I've got the game running and have updated it to v1.20.  I've got a lot to learn about it.

Plenty of Joy, read the AARs, they're so detailed, and read half this forum
 
I did and I already am challenging the players on it after just what 3 weeks?
 
I think i'm going to win my first couple of games too :) out 10 matches
 
Oh and beat the AI before you play PBEM
