Where did you come up with the Historic ratings from?

A lot of hemming and hawing ... and in the end we went back to Gary Grigsby and asked him for input too. Its a very subjective thing, no matter what you decide on somebody objects. You can turn them off and set your own...

there is somewhare a table that tall us this rating for the version 7.1? :confused:

I mean a table with each nation and year values (like in the old SP3 printed manual).
