Ship repair / battle Firingline/Kamikaze

Post by mingohh »

If you sail to a habour with a TG with minor damage will the ships be quiker to repair than in open sea. And even with heavy damage can you then underdo repair to fsk make a carrier ready for action in a limited time. I Thinking about a large timescale scenario and if a base is nerby, you can combinate multible invasion, and with good managment underdo repair and have the TG as a backup. ( as a replacement for campain).Because if i set the TG to leve, i cant figure out if it is possible to have it put in a other warroom sheet, because if there is damage ship, it a hairraising nightmare to figure out the different damage substain,im still trying to learn the huge combinations of the warroom.
About surface battle, you can only fire broadside with the BB and HC and second at an other side, is it possible to make in a patch that you select the ship and thereafter the target to fire on. At last i had the OKHA kamikaze (flying bomb) but it looks like it had the same impact as a bomb, do anybody now how to set the setting for kamikaze, because a hit from Kami usely created a flamming hell do to gosoline a Betty bomber were full of this and bombs, i have try a higher bombload but this give a not the intended effekt.

CaW scenarios are so short that even if ships were repaired faster in a harbour -- assuming that they're repaired at all -- I doubt there would be enough time left in the game to effect repairs.

Well i guest you right but i thinking about custom made scenario. and i dont no if there is a timeline in the length of scenario.
But a interresting thing [:D] to hit the enemy and you got damage and 4-5 dage after your ship maby damage but ready to to its job.
