Carriers Stats

Post by alexs »

Hi All,
Those that have downloaded the beta v1.02 patch may have noticed that there is a stats upload facility. I know there have been a few users who have been uploading their stats to the website, and as promised, i've created a webpage to view individual user stats so you can see how you compare against others.

It's a work in progress, But we'd like to get some feedback so here is the link to the page
Carriers Stats

Note : For everybody who hasnt downloaded the beta patch we are wrapping up the process of getting the patch published, so you'll be able to upload your stats soon!

Is ships sunk the number of opposition ships sunk? Or the number of ships that side has lost?

...considering the ordnance hit numbers, I'd assume it's the number of ships that side has lost. At first glance it seemed the other way around to me, like the AI had super bombs [:D]

Hi Ted,
The value on the main stats page is the number of ships sunk on your side.

Gracias [:D]

Anyways, all this info is neat...but would there be anyway to convert some of this info into an auto generated AAR?  Have a list of all the events - Such and such group from task force x on date/time bombed and sunk these ships, plus the makeup of the TFs and strike force and results (dead/alive/pranged etc).  Seems like that info is in there at the end of the game already, but you have to menu hop to piece everything back together once a scenario is done.  Sometimes that becomes difficult as the memory fails, specially picking up from a saved game.  It would be nice to have all of that collected for you, but I guess that's a wishlist thing and not really related to the stats page.

Maybe viewing the local totals in game would be nice too.  I like the stats[&o]

Alexs,

Any chance you could set this up so we could see the stats (also) by scenario? Because the most popular scenario is Pearl Harbor I think that it may be skewing the results in favour of the Human side vs. the AI side (not too hard for a human Japanese player to destroy huge tonnage of ships in Pearl Harbor scenario with very few losses). Anyway - it would be interesting to see the stats by scenario to be able to roughly judge how the AI is doing.

I do enjoy the stats page. Thanks.

Hi Unhappy,

A Scenario Stats page is already in the works.

I had come to the same conclusion RE: the pearl harbor scenario. I didnt imagine it would be as popularly played as it is!

A preliminary scenario info page is now available. It includes the top 3 scores reported from each side.

Enjoy
