Lost game!

I bought this game on 11.07.07. two days later I flew to Germany where my youngest son had been brought home from afghanistan. Back home my other son decided to update my computer to wireless and reformatted my hard drive. So, I have lost -'Harpoon 3 Advanced Naval Warfare'- without even having played the game. Can you arange for me to re-download it please? My serial number is: ####-####-####-.... (SN Blanked by TonyE)

I had, for the first time only had a digital download! and cannot find anywhere to download it myself. I hadn't even had time to register the game.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

     To download the game head to the Member's Club, http://www.matrixgames.com/members/ .  Once registered there and log in there is a link to "register" your serial number.  That will let the site recognize you as an ANW owner.  Once that is in and processed, you can go to "Registered Downloads" from the Member's Club and download H3:ANW. 
     If you have difficulties making it thru that whole process, contact support@matrixgames.com
