Online 0rdering:different shipping address

I tried to order the John Tiller Napoleonic/ Civil War games today. I wanted them shipped to my son who is at a different address, phone number,etc. After completeing the cc information and supplying a different shipto address the process seems to have 'hung up' awaiting my banks reply. I know the is no problem with the cc, is it possible that the different name, address, phone number in the shipto address is causing a problem? Has anyone else successfully used an alternate shipping address?

I don't know what Matrix's and Digital River's policies are, but it is highly unusual for online merchants to allow shipping of product ordered with a credit card to be shipped to any address other than the mailing address on the credit card. For obvious reasons.
