BUG: Won't Let Surrender to SWEDEN!

In a PBEM e-mail game, GB vs France, France used Sweden, which it controls as a Free State to take London.

The game forces me as GB to sue for Peace since London is taken. I sue France for peace (and I've tried every configuration, including accepting unconditional surrender for France as well as Austria, the only other country I'm at war with). However, the game won't let me end my turn, giving me the message: "London has fallen to Sweden, so you must sue Sweden for peace." Of course, suing Sweden for peace is not an option!

Any way to get out of this so we can continue our game?
