happy to say the AI won [:-]
little shocked at the date though, not sure why it blew though D-day so fast (I know I have been able to do so, and won even earlier, and I do see that the losses to AA were shocking, so it may of went very heavy into ground support combat, and was able to break the line)
found some simple things, like units that do not have plane types built yet (III/KG3, Epr Kdo 335, III/JG76 and such) that was a easy fix, just make sure of the starting dates (it may sound like something that should be easy to get right, but I am working with 4 main data bases, and about 11 sub data bases, some times the date I want, or think, is not the one that gets in)
Epr Kdo 262, that is a odd one, a test unit for the 262, that started before the Kommando Nowotny that most people know of, came in, well, it has no planes, so I made a 262A-0 model, and gave it a free 30 day build time, so the Kdo will be able to work, while still not being a major factor (and no the 262A-0 can not be built by the player)(some models I can make a preproduction model, and make a reseach build, and give a start and stop time, and then it is up to the AI or player to build the real model)
the AI went after the Oil Strat (it has a number of ones it can pick when it begins) and did well with it, totally crippling the Oil/Fuel production, with out even bothering with the AirCraft production
little things to work out, the night SE 109 did not change to what it is suppost to, but the SE 190 did, that is confusing, but, the AI was pretty short of 109s from most of what I was able see, so it may just never had enough in stock for the change over
more of a major thing, why was the AI short of 109s
(could be campaign issue, 43 start, the LW has time to build and while takes losses, normally builds more then it loses before the Allies are too strong, in 44, the Allies are already strong, and take the fight to the LW, and may be bleeding the 109s dry, before a good enough stock pile can be built up)
I have added more planes to the stockpile for both sides, to try and balance things out some
(got to think on this, need enough to be worthwhile, but can't be too many, or the player/AI, will just make major overhauls to his there units, which will in fact make them all the more weaker and prone to break)
BAF came in, and did what it was suppost to, but I got issues with it, something to laff about down the road, but I will leave it at that for now
overall a good test, and got most of the corrections in already, others need to talk with Harley about, but it is taking away from what I want to be working on
