Crash to Desktop

Hi all

I just purchased this game today but it crashes to desktop within 1-2 minutes of running the Tutorial each time. No error message, just crashes. Sometimes the music carries on for a bit but the visuals are gone.

Spec is Pentium Core Duo 6750 running XP Pro 64 bit, 4 gb RAM and Nvidia 8800 GTX card. I have selected the High Spec option on the menu but changed nothing else.

I would be grateful for anyones suggestions. I have not installed any patches because the download today said it was 1.04 already. Is this correct?

Sorry you are having problems. Someone else reported a similar issue and they got it working by killing off an application called Installshield which was running in the background. You might want to try this or you might need to disable your virus checker or at least authorise commander to run through it.
