How do I change my Login? Quit?

I didn't intend to use my email address as a Login, so how do I change it?

I thought I'd just quit Forum membership and re-register correctly, but I don't see how to quit either.

Please help.

Logout - create new forum account - login using new account and never use the old one again ?

I would think an administrator of this forum could remove the account so perhaps you should send an email to one of them...
