RHS Level 6 pwhex file set

This is a significantly enhanced and revised pwhex file set for any Level 6 players - and should NOT be
opened if you don't use Level 6.

Aside from incorporating eratta to current levels, it adds for the first time a KYUSHU and RAILROAD option - to the existing STANDARD and PANAMA files.

Other files are possible - but won't be done unless requested. These files are in their final form for Level 6.
