Nope..It's a picture of an aircraft cockpit...[:'(]

It looks fairly basic, and there doesn't seem to be an obvious undercarriage lever either.

I could be wrong, but my quick inspection says there are 4 throttle controls, the 2 red ones for the left wing engines, and the 2 black ones for the right wing. So I would guess it is a 4 engine aircraft. Is it a B-29? (considering your sig!)

I'm not so sure on that, the black ones have a greater range of travel than the red ones. Those two red buttons on the centre top look like they could be extinguisher bottles, and there's only two of them.
