Can the game be played in a window?

I would like to play in a window and be able to switch between the manual and the other tutorial material.
Is this possible and if so, how?

You can't put it in a scalable window but you can switch between it and other apps you have open. You can use Alt-Tab to switch between programs or Ctrl-Esc to bring up your start menu while in the program.

Thanks David, I tried that but it is unsatisfactory as a learning experience as I want to be able to view the learning material and the game window at the same time.

I suppose I will have to bite the bullet and print out the manual and tutorial material.
