Maps and Battle Details

Post by Hobo55 »

The following web site presents details of the Napoleon battles in Italy during the 1796 period. The description with each map describes the battle and the position of each army and commander. Helps in defining a time period and which actual general was involved. I find it useful. Hope you will.

The maps print up in beutiful colour with colour coded arrows showing the path of each army. From reading material in this forum it is suggested that the designers followed the historical path quite accurately. It looks that way from these sheets. I wish that when a particular battle is described and the enemy (Austrian)army is wiped out and 7,000 prisoners taken and cannons seized it actually happens in the game. Anyway it makes the game a little more fun.
