No response from Matrix

Not sure who I should be contacting over this but I've tried
e-mailing the matrix store three times with required information &
so far I've had no response.

About two weeks ago I sent a wire transfer to buy CEAW and sent
$US72 to the required account number, then sent my name, order
no. etc to the required e-mail address.....wt@digitalriver.com

But so far nothing. Should I contact DigitalRiver direct??[&:]
