Indoor Glitch

I have been playing with the indoor rules for a two weeks. The last couple of days I have the kickoff (or field goal attempt) go into the wall and out of view. The returner will keep running into the wall to get the ball, but can not get it. The game does not call it out of bounds or stop the play. I don't know if anyone else has this problem.

I have been running indoor play and have not seen that.
 
I'll try and shank a bunch of kicks to build a better test sample.
