patch download site not working...??

Is it just me or are there others who have tried to download patches from the Matrix site in the last couple
of days and not had any success?

Had to reinstall both my Battlefront game and Battles in Normandy on Wednesday but so far cant play 'em
because I cant download the damn patches!......[:@]

It's probably due to too many people trying to download Titans of Steel which was recently released for free resulting in a total overload of the server.

IIRC both games were pretty much bug-free upon release so you could consider playing the unpatched games for the next couple of days.

Same problem for me, too. I'm trying to download Highway to Reich patches. Nope. Not going to happen.

I really hope it's not because of Titans and servers unable to handle the load.... Why would any company sacrifice support for all their older games at the expense of a new one?

Its not a question of whether the games were or were not bug-free or free of anything else fer that matter. I'm halfway through several BIN & Battlefront
PBEM battles which were begun using the aforementioned patches and with the games reinstalled the patches are needed in order to finish 'em.

I think Matrixgames was a bit surprised by the server overload. They added mirrors for Titans but still their main download link is directing people to their ftp. Guess they will rectify this soon.
