Mortar (II) too overpowered ?

I watched the mortars for two games of russia 1941 (in many different situations) and i still think they have too much power.
And i´ll not change this opinion whatever you guy´s say [;)]
 
Play against Boron and his hordes of  nobody-can-touch-me-mortars and you´ll maybe understand me better.
Next time we should play with a rule of max 5 mortars per unit.....
