What do you suggest?
I prefer to keep them to minimum (to avoid game bugs) not because i will do creazy things but because i will forget them overtime.

Basically HRs are to over come bugs. Let's see. No sub invasions, no 4e naval bombing under 15k feet, asw max 6 ships, no fragment LCU encircling. Probably that is all. I prefer mnumber of a/c 50 * AF size but we can drop it for simplicity. Did I forget somthing?
Edit oh yes. LCUs going to other theaters onyl after paying PPs.

Besides it is not my fault that the majority wants to play the allies. But I am tempted to be allied once.

Yes, because while the game limits the number of attacks to eight ships, if you have more ships than that it will keep trying until either eight ships attack or it runs out of ships. This is why people still like to limit ASW TFs to @6 ships.

I wrote a long answer which got sucked up in the warp. Carramba.
Point is due to the deficiencies of this otherwise magnificient game, some (around 8-10 HR) are necessary to have a something like real set of choices. I dont want to hinder you playing vanilla Witp but it is just not my kind of game. Thanks for the chance.

"I am a historical what-if freak. Basically you can find one maximum two
examples for almost EVERTHING in a war covering 1/3 of the Earth and
encompassing almost 4 yrs. That does not mean they were everyday
occurances. Yeah one MG can stop a whole infantry division. Until the first
tank shows up. E.g. based on Shattered Sword 6th daitai was flying CAP
mission from the KB at Midway. But not after. Wonder as allies you would
like to see it regularly happening, thus turnining the KB death star
into Death Star II.

No but due to the not so perfect land combat sytem you can cause a hell

My optional HR :
1. No dive-bombers can attack naval targets above 25,000 feet.
2. High-altitude kamikaze attacks cannot be higher than 25,000 feet.
3. Aden an other map edge bases iareoff-limits to invasion not because i fear it but because it can potentially crash the game- everything else can be invaded including CONUSA.
4. Only one group can do aerial mining at any given time by allies as the Japanese cannot intercept it - code bug.
5. G9Ms cannot be used for port attacks --- their torpedoes would just dive into the bottom of the harbour.
6. Me-264 Behemoths if exists CANNOT fly below 20,000 feet --- this is nothing to do with history but has to do with hit rates and game code issues.
