RHS Economic Utilities

A revised 7.78972 series of Economic Utilities has been uploaded. They reflect some reduction in starting stocks of supplies, fuel and (especially) oil for Japan in all scenarios.

The set includes revisions for Levels 5 and 6 - but the revised files have not been uploaded or posted. If you want Level 5 or 6 files - ask.
