Game Problems

I just recieved the campain series and am having the following problems.

1. Tank (and other) vs Tank firing; Tanks will not fire against other tanks unless you do an assault. also I tried all other units against tanks and the same result can not fire on them from any distance other than assault. Note: I recently got a new computer with Vista and the only "Talonsoft" game I could load (before this campaign series) was Rising Sun Gold Edition. I noticed I had the same problem with that game, tanks are much less prevelant in Rising Sun so I didn't care so much but I can not play East or West front without having tank battles!

2. Will not load a linked campaign game; Dynamic campaigns load no problems but linked campaigns do not load. example; I click on Screaming Eagles and hit OK, a SAVE AS window pops up. I try to click ok but it just goes back to the main screen and nothing happens.

Any idea's?

There are several threads in the Campaign series forum with Vista problems.

For LCGs you must navigate in the Save As popup to your (i.e. C:/Matrix Games/JTCS/EastFront) game folder first before clicking OK.
