Magickal Units Surrender re-appear

Magickal Units Surrender re-appear

Alright I had a Romanian Surrender and 2 units appear behind enemy lines on a city I had captured Lublin... This is the 3rd or 4th time aftear a Surrender Units appear in odd places. A definite bug. If someone could tell me how I'd upload the file
