Heyho. Little thing, more for eye candy and nomenclature than anything else. Is there going to be any differentation between same aircraft but serving with multiple nations? Ie. Will we have TBF Avengers and the RN equivalent Tarpon. Hellcats and RN Gannets. Blenheim IVs and RCAF Bollingbrokes. ETC... RCAF, RNZAF and RAAF Kittyhawks. Markings and schemes are different as were production numbers available per nation. Seeing as there are a kabillion slots now...[;)]

Don't know if this has been covered but has then been any thought of revisiting max sorties. Specifically limiting torpedo loadouts. Just finished "Shattered Sword" and it states that IJN CVs carried max 36 torpedos each. Thats just two full torpedo squadron sorties each. The current system just doesnt model this severe RL limitation well enough IMHO. That goes for LBA as well. The current infinite supply for LBA torp loadouts allows Bettys/Nells not to mention Beauforts, Swordfish and Vildebeast to appear far too effective. How about requireing something like a minimal base supply level  (25,000?) for LBA to load torps?

Naw, too much gold braid in Air Force lint. It tends to cause holes in the pocket, resulting in the loss of the Greek coins...

Will it be possible to sort the Air Leaders list by "expertise" in AE? Right now I can sort by "Leadership" and a couple of other factors, but most of the time I want to find a specific "Type" of Air Leader, such as a "Patrol" leader or a "Transport" leader or so on. In WitP I have to go through the list and click each available leader to see his "specialty".

Thanks -

The dutch problem is being addressed. I thought Thomas answered this a while back...

Does this mean that dates for upgrading aircraft for Dutch and UK are being debated/looked at or will they be the same?

Thanks. [&o]

EDIT: Sorry Ian, if the latter was directed at me, I skimmed through most of the thread but didn't see anything mentioned about upgrade dates for Dutch and UK.

Hardcode gone. Brit & Dutch treated just like any other services. What, when, and how many a/c they'll have available for upgrade initially is another matter.

question :
is it possible  to mark enemy group hex for which air groups are forbidden to go ????
too often i saw how my airstrikes coming from smaller base attack without any sense enemy carrier TF
even if there was plenty of easy targets in range
i'd like to see a possibility to switch off air unit aggressivness or at least ability to prevent such suicide strikes

Any hope of getting Tabby's listed as both a IJN and IJA a/c? Would really love that for PDU games. Nothing like even more streamlined production with the better a/c.

According to Francillon, no. Nothing to prevent modders from creating an IJAAF "L2D" or linking the IJNAF version to the IJAAF upgrade path, though.
