a few odd questions (collisions / ammo )

Post by pkpowers »

Can collisions occur? I've tried repeatly (when out of ammo) to ram certain objects...enemy aircraft or barrage balloons , but no crashes yet...is it possible?
Also can you set unlimited ammo supply as in IL2 ????

I think you have a setting to remove collisions? I remember reading in the notes, perhaps it is off as a standard?
Re ammo, I did not see that but it would be nice

Go into Options and then to the Game options. There will be a setting for Weapons that is defaulted to Realistic. Change it to Unlimited for all the ammo you can shoot [:D]

Collision options are also here.

Collisions can be controled in the GUI for the friendlys, ground and the enemy. You also have collision avoidance options in the bdg.txt (see Users manual, in the BOBII folder in the Docs folder).

You do a simple reload for ammo (control+R) and you do not have to change the GUI settings.

The Key description Document will be a big help to you for the over 100 keys, here:
